Amazing service from Vox support

Amazing service from George at Vox today. Because of poor cellphone signal here, I emailed my query to support instead of trying to phone. It is a public holiday today and I only expected a reply tomorrow, but received a call back very quickly, went outside to call Vox as there is no signal inside, lost the call before I even got to speak to support and was still called back immediately! George sorted my query out very professionally in no time at all. This is the excellent service I have come to expect from Vox over the years and they have never let me down. Well done!
