Amazing customer service from all departments

From the day I have signed up, I have received on point service from everyone at Vox. Everybody I've corresponded with has been knowledgeable in their field and went the extra mile.<br> <br> Jonathan Carstens: A million thanks for helping my me with setting up my parents account. From the first call you were professional and you kept following up and providing feedback. You had to wait 30 days before you could do line migration, and you called me on the day that it was supposed to happen and did it, I didn't have to contact you. EXCELLENT!<br> <br> Quinton Senekal: Thanks for calling back after our chat was dropped. Quick assistance with resetting a port and notifying me that my line didn't exist, made me internetless for a minimal time. He gave suggestions on what I could do and kept phoning back to find out about our other line.<br> <br> AJ de Welzim, Muhammed Bhamjee and Damian Rushton all assisted with getting my line migration in progress to get it to VOX. Only Muhammed directed me to Damian, because he couldn't see the application, other than that, everyone assisted as much as they could and kept me in the loop.<br> <br> I appreciate the high level of service more than the product itself.
