Already unimpressed

I have so many emails sent to Vox and so many reference numbers but no answers. Calls made to your sales reps, Bradley and Emile, re our LTE we never received or got feedback on. NOTHING!!! Everytime I call I'm referred to Emile and Bradley but nothing, they just reply with a OK... But not a single call... my Fibre is not even set up or installed yet and this is what the Customer Service is like already now the price is also going up before we live for Fibre and all I get when I said I want to then downgrade the speed is an ok. Not impressed with this service... quick for the sale but really bad on the service
