Ordered fibre via online portal, mentioned that I had fibre installed already, all went well
Received a message back saying that the HOA declined my install for the estate for a fibre line installe... I am on the HOA and we never received such communication, besides the fibre is installed already and was mentioned on the initial request
Rep**** twice, no response
Can really say the service has dropped from Vox
