After sales service up to no good

I have recently signed up with vox, and their after sales service and support is absolutely ****. For two weeks now i have been trying to get hold of my so called account manager to resolve some installation issues, and still no contact. I have tried calling support, they keep telling me to speak to account manager, i have left numerous messages, still no contact!! If i dont get a response, i will cancel and they must not dare charge me my installation fee!!@
