After 3 months, my account is still not sorted - just no communication whatsoever

My first contact with Vox Telecom this year was 1 January 2024, to cancel my existing line and move it to a new address. To this day, 4 April 2024, the new line and contract with them is not finalised. Been struggling for a week for them to remove an incorrect billing on a debit order mandate (they want to bill me for 2 lines to the same ONT and address, which isn't even a possibility) and send me a new mandate. You call accounts & billing and you are number 130 in line (which obviously means we are not the only ones with an issue). Then you request a call back and there is nothing. You write to them on their whatsapp line, they keep responding "Ticket resolved" even if they resolve absolutely nothing. As I write this, I've been holding for 15minutes after a customer service agent tried to put me through to accounts. It is just the most shocking service experience that I have ever had! I can write a book on the last 3 months. I have a list of reference numbers, whatsapps and "no-reply" email responses from Vox, but the problem remains. I dont know if other ISPs are better, but I would never recommend Vox to anyone!

It's the debtors team I've been trying to contact for a week now! 130th in the line if you phone accounts! Come on - Ridiculous! Why must I complain on Hellopeter before anyone is willing to help!?

Vox Telecom very nicely immediately responded here yesterday that someone in the debtors team will investige and assist. More than 24 hours later I’ve heard nothing. To top it off, I see that the debit order (which is incorrect) has gone off my account, despite the fact that I did not accept the incorrect debit order mandate. Tried calling the accounts department again today - 60th in line. Vox, you really need to bring your people back to the office, they are obviously not performing at home. Everytime I speak to someone who doesnt know hoe to help me, they can’t just get up and talk to a supervisor and end up putting me through to someone else who never picks up the phone and you’rebBack to number 60 in line on you next attempt to talk to someone. Honestly, it bloes my mind. But nevermind, it doesnt worry you, you just collect your money anyway, even if it is incorrect billing. Borders on ********* if you ask me. So fed up.
