Advance debit order refund
I'm getting tired of calling vox for a refund it's always a story on on another.Acc number *** Please I need my advance to be refunded I have forwarded all banking details ,bank statements,bank confirmation letter and still no refund has been done.Please management have a look at my refund.Vox telephones forever keeps a person holding more than 10min and we're using our airtime,I no longer have an ACC with vox why do U guys make it so complicated for me to receive my refund back.
