ADSL Line down again

I am very disappointed with the service received from Vox. My ADSL line was down firstly on Thursday and Friday last week (3 and 4 Dec) and only had limited (i have a 10mb line and it was only running at 2mb) service restored on Friday afternoon. The limit speed lasted the whole weekend and when Monday came around my ADSL was down again. <br> This time to be informed that my line was canceled. Dont know who authorized or signed any paper work for this but was the feedback I received and that they are working hard on getting the line back up. <br> It is now Friday again and still no service on my ADSL line with no decent feedback from the engineers nor any response on when my ADSL is expected to be back up. This is completely unacceptable service!
