Accounting Error
Good day please see attached as the agreement with voxy monthly payment is R488.98. however according to my account i am R2000+ ovedue??? As you can see by the attached my paymeny of R488+ has been debited on the first of march 2024. I have emailed the customer service multiple times only to recieve a email that says my email has been rejected. I want this cleared and corrected on my account. Thank you Tjaart Boshoff.
