Account suspended yet they are paid in full
After joining Vox, my first debit order went through and the second month, they told me I had to pay cash. Why is that?
I then received a confirmation email to say I needed o pay cash. I then paid cash on the 15.01.2023 and submitted a proof of payment to the accounts department via email and on the 16.01.2023 I woke up to a suspended account.
I called in and was made to be in a queue as I was called number 22. I waited 30 minutes and when I explained my story, I was told that the amount has not reflected yet. I told the account dept that i emailed the proof of payment and she told me it does not matter and that I should wait for the real money to reflect. Why is the proof required then? She did not have an answer for me.
I then asked to speak to the Accounts Manager, I was on hold for 15 minutes again and they hung up on me.
What a service from Vox. This is one of the things I hate about enquiries with these people. I am still suspended and no help whatsover and yet they have my money with them.
See why we escalate to CEO'S of companies.... Once such an escalation is done, you will see them trying to help you. I ask why does one have to be tested before like this?
I will be stating my story on facebook shortly if they still want to hang up on me and after this review. I want my account to be re-instated immediately or bring my mkney back and cancel this account please, Vox.
There are plenty of ISP's to choose from

Kindly note that the details of your query has been sent to the debtors team to investigate and assist.
Due to necessary changes in the billing environment, your account will only be unsuspended once the payment has been allocated to your account.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
Do note that payments may take up to 24 working hours to be allocated to your account. It also depends from which bank you made the payment.
To avoid unnecessary delays in activation of services, we urge you to make use of the Vox Customer Portal or Vox App to make payments for Cash Accounts.
