Account not found on Vox system
I got the one month free promotion with Vox, I paid my normal subscription but still not going on. I have phoned numerous times and the consultants advisors that they pick up no account details. I spoke to someone on Saturday and they promised to send out someone to my house on Monday 24 October 2022. This is poor customer service as it is actually costing me more money to keep on phoning and being told a different story from different consultants.
