*** - Link down Took Vox 3x tech to come to install this link, get it up after 4/5days! 6th Sep after all the fighting and escalations the link was finally working - 7th September the CANCELL the link??? *** is wrong with you people??? Spoke to over 10 people and NO ONE i mean NO ONE can resolve the line??? This is a new install and they cancel the line??????? Useless... their famous computer response... we have escalated?? Questions which they ignore, why did vox cancel the line - Vox blames Vuma and vuma blames vox - My contract is with VOX - they take no accountability for their actions!!! And managment that are too superior to call clients of sort issues?? more than 24 hours of them cancelling a new clients line and STILL NO RESOLUTION?????

#vox...how about you people do your job and fix your wrong doing? are you people that cheap that you can't Offord to train your staff? the level of incompetence is disgusting! you cancelled my line! no one can tell us why? guess you can't explain dumbness... and don't give me a dame reference number! do your job and fix the problem.

Another month, same issue. INCORRECTLY CANCLLED BY #VOX!!!!!!
