Account issues does not get resolved

Since last month my VOX Fat Pipe with the Bolt On showed me Data Limit exceed.<br> <br> I got their Fat pipe with bolt on last month and close to the end of the month it just stopped working saying that my Data limit has been exceeded. I phoned them and they said that its been fixed, I got home tested and it still wasnt fixed.<br> <br> I phoned them again and they said that there is a problem with their systems and that my account will be active again on 01/11/15. I switched back to VOX on 05/11/15, and still it says Data Limit Exceeded!<br> <br> So I phone them the morning of 05/11/15, spend 10min waiting for the tech at their call centre to do something just to get an answer of \Sorry sir
