Absurd!
Your service levels are ridiculous! Your installer was a joke so i decided to cancel my application with u. Several days, calls and lots of frustration later, you have still not canceled my application! This makes it impossible for my new ISP to have me connected! Ridiculous, frustrating and absolutely mean from your side! Would not recommend you to anyone !
