Absolutely Useless Vox Telecom
The absolute most empathetic and useless bunch. Such a terribly managed business. I have spoke to 4 different people, everyone as useless as the next.
Billing for usage after OVER a months notice for cancellation was given (as per the contract), charging for cancellation after 12 months of consecutive on time payments made (as per the contract). 18 months before that from a different address.
No one wants to deal with complaints.
