Absolutely useless service

Well as like the other reviews. Send a query and a week later get an email saying problem resolved with nothing done and no changes if anything made it worst. Eventually got someone phone me during the day and told me that the ping issue I am experiencing is normal internationally which I am fully aware of the under sea cable damage. Was not at home so he could not assist me further so they got the night shift support to give me a call and the proceeded to tell me that I should experience ping Locally with the sea cable down............... HOW? The after not assisting me at all put the phone down in my ear. "Great" customer service
