Absolutely useless ISP

Vox is by far the most disgustingly useless ISP. At least once a month there are connectivity and speed issues. Their prices are far from competitive and their is no direct way to contact a representative. Either you use their portal, which is far from intuitive, or you contact them on Twitter (X?) and get an automated response. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! Vox, your services and customer support are essentially useless! Truly pathetic!
