Absolutely Useless Customer Service
Keep making errors with my account that actually is costing me money. Unable to sort out the simplest things. Never gets back to clients. Never available. Responsible Person-Juan van Aswegen

24 May 2019, 14:32Still useless. Incorrect billing, poor communication, utter confusion. I am also actually afraid to cancel my service, as that might also be a painful ordeal.
