Absolutely useless

The only reason I give a star,is because it isn't possible to give zero stars.

I am convinced that Vox has only employees in the accounts department,and 0 in the rest,as I received my bill a week ago,but NO service up to date.

Still waiting for 3 people to phone me back,calls get cut of after being on the line for 20 minutes.

Voomatel installed the fibre,and I was told the location of my router would be perfect,as it can go to 35m radius. No I can't even walk away 7 metres without loosing the wifi totally. The first thing I was told when I phoned them,is that the extra wires will be on my account,not theirs( off course,because the accounts department actually exist).

They absolutely don't give a damn how urgent you need the wifi (guests are arriving at the guesthouse),all they can tell you is that they sent an email to the on site technicians or transfer your call to another department.

I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to use Vox....I even get better service delivery at the government.
