Absolutely Terrible Service

Absolutely Terrible Service. Most useless company I have come across. Worse than home affairs! Back and forth between Vox and Frogfoot playing the blame game on each other while we sit without WiFi for well over a week with no resolution in sight. We have requested from the start to send somebody out to come and assess the problem for us but to no avail because nobody actually knows what they doing at either Vox or Frogfoot or are too lazy too assist. Or maybe it costs too much money to send somebody out to assist??? On principle alone I will be cancelling my subscription and ***** your 30 day notice👍🏻
