Absolutely Terrible

Terrible service received. Waited days for a reply, ended up having to call them to get an answer. Emails sent out are vague, clearly don't understand what good customer communication is. Very quick to respond when you want to sign up, not so quick when there is an issue. Particularly vague about price increases!
