Absolutely shocking, stay far away

Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service received from this company.

I subscribed for a wifi package with this company at the end of April. Since installation up until end of July we never had proper wifi, with no wifi at all during the July 2024. Vox was contacted countless games and they were unwilling or unable to rectify the problem.

After eventually giving up hope I cancelled the contract and paid the penalty and last months subscription fee and requested an immediate release of my fibre line in order for a new ISP to install their equipment. I had to beg VOX for three days via phone calls and emails to release my line and I received no assistance. E-mails are simply ignored and the call centre staff are unable or unwilling to help you. During one of my numerous calls I was transferred between probably 6 different persons, each time to be told I was now being transferred to the person who can help, only to end up at the initial call centre agent again.

All this caused that my installation with the new ISP has been delayed and another cancelled airBnB booking.

Vox do not care about their customers and are unwilling to assist them. I requested countless times to speak to a manager, everytime I was ignored. The amount of lies I have been told by VOX employees is staggering.
