Absolutely SHOCKING customer service

Never use them if you ever want internet. Registered for fibre on 4 November 2018. Numerous calls every week and NEVER being able to get hold of anyone, just being redirected for hours on end to just get redirected again. No one can tell you what is happening or why there is a problem, then eventually excuse after excuse from them, passing the blame each time. Our case was "escalated" 3 times - with no further help and zero communication once again. Ended up cancelling our registration with them after nearly 6 weeks of hassles. STAY FAR AWAY from Vox!!
