Absolutely poor service for loyal customers

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Vox.

I’ve been a customer for over 3 years, but the way my recent issue was handled has been unacceptable. My office line has been down for more than 14 days, and despite around 12 phone calls, follow-ups, and repeated promises, absolutely nothing was resolved.

What’s most frustrating is not just the outage itself, but the complete lack of urgency, communication, and care from their support team. Every time I followed up, I was given excuses or told someone would get back to me — but no real action was taken.

When you speak to a technical manager and you explain your frustration and situation and his response is “I can put your through to cancellation” no urgency to fix or help resolve the problem.

As a business, reliable internet and communication are critical, and Vox showed no understanding of how disruptive this situation was. After weeks of wasted time, money on data, airtime and ongoing frustration, I finally cancelled my service.

I cannot recommend Vox based on the experience I’ve had. Loyal customers deserve far better support and accountability than this.

Their so called reward level and silver tier you get for being such a good customer for always paying and staying loyal is NO WAY returned.
