Absolutely pathetic service

The WORST ISP out there by a very long short STAY FAR AWAY. Firstly they provide nonsense support as I have logged several call in the beginning and that could not be resolved as I have been paying for a router that was not configured for months and they have said nothing while I kept complaining every month about my connection coverage. I have been sending emails almost every day only to get a reference number and they never get back to me even when I escalate. Stay away from this nonsense.
