Absolutely Pathetic.

Absolutely pathetic and have little to no regard for their customers. 1 year ago i approached Vox after Webafrica let me down badly. I approached Vox as few years ago I worked for a company and on the technical side we did some work for Vox in CT. What I saw impressed me. Efficient and professional, Unfortunately that turned out to be only on Technical side. I app**** and all started well with lots of friendly assistance etc and then suddenly NOTHING! Did not answer email or phone and left me high and dry. I went to RocketNet and 123 had the installation. Commissioning and working and for a year not one single problem. Now my daughter used VOX and moved from Wilgeheuwel to Ferndale. First they said they could not move the service and it will have to be cancelled at a heavy cost. She fought them on that and they agreed to move the service and to upgrade. Guess what? NOTHING HAPPENING despite frequent calls. I'm so anti Vox that I would never recommend them. RocketNet sounds like a Micky Mouse name but I got great service.
