Absolutely pathetic an disgrace cant honestly understand how they can have this company..

Poor service.. got my router 2 months ago by vox.. i am only connected 6 days ago.. with a bill of 1275 and 3 routers.. i can just laugh.. there is no control.. co-ordination and communication in the vox organisation.. where is the leadership and management.. Tell me if my contract was 260 a month for one router.. how can i be connected a week ago only if i had recieved my wifi 2months ago and how do i end up with 3 routers and a bill of 1275 if i only activated the sim a week ago and now a week later my account is suspended or decline.. disconnected.. pathetic.. will sue the **** out of you guys.. cant wait.. but for interest sake i will tell you how my experience was with vox.. day one i accidentally took the sim out of frame and put it into the router slot.. way to small for the slot and fell in.. cant get out.. i phoned them numerous of times and emailed.. only 2 weeks later they send an technician to come and help me. He couldnt get it out.. so i was told by him.. he is going to notify his people by vox that they send me a new sim and router.. i also phoned and email.. 3 weeks later someone of vox phoned me.. isnt this just poor and slow service.. meanwhile in this time frame i just get invoices.. but never activated or used wifi.. then after the person called me and said.. my account must be cancel at a fee of 299 and a new router and sim will be send..2 weeks from now i got only my delivery.. guess what happens again.. they send me 2 routers instead of one.. no im stuck with 3 routers till a week ago.. but they charge me for 3 routers rental a month.. i emailed them to come fetch the router with sim stuck in and the ektra router.. still after fetch them they charge me for this 3 routers instead of one.. now they cancelled my ****rak and again i must pay 299 cancelation fee.. threatens me with legal action etc.. how ridiculous.. do you guys think this is fair.. that in 2 months im only connected a week ago.. stuck with 3 routers and a bill of 1275..and after that week of wifi my contract gets cancelled and disconnected.. poor me.. just wanted a wifi..should i go through all this hell and harassment.. oh yes then i got a new debit mandate of 345 for 3 routers rental.. obviously i didnt authorized the debit mandate.. my contract was 260 a month for one routers rental not 3.. dont you guys think this is unfair and *********.. dont you guys think i must pay only one cancelation fee of 299 and pay one months rental... this month only and get billed for this month only with 260 plus 299..this is totaly fair and what should have happened.. after all my hell i got from you and your poor service for letting me wait so long and harrasing me with senseless invoices and routers rentals you can atleast skip that 299 cancelation fee.. you guys are a joke.. see you in court.. i suffered huge damages because of this.. out of my own pocket i spended more than a thousand rand on normal prepaid data.. cause i couldnt get connected to wifi.. then you have the audacity the bill me 1275 and i never was on wifi or activated.. so must pay double data.. what a joke..
