Absolutely no integrity...

Once again I would actually love to have the option of giving zero stars... or even a -5. This company is so ****my, they ***** their customers' money for a router not returned, which was Vox's fault in the first place, then 6 months later they just bill us an extra R1210.00 for an unreturned router. We go through all the effort of getting the router from our previous home, and courier it to Vox at no cost to them, and now they are still not paying back the money. You have your router, give our money back!! This is literally theft, you are *****ing money from your customers. We will definitely be leaving Vox as soon as we have found another provider. This company will not be receiving another cent from us, and I will make sure everyone knows what a terrible company they are.
