I cannot begin to describe how *********** and *****ed they are. From doing an inquiry for my personal residence , without taking a service, they backdated a debit to the business for a service i never received going back to a period I wasn't even signed up. I cannot urge you strongly enough not to get involved with them, they have been the worst organization I have ever dealt with in South Africa.
