Absolutely Disgusted with Vox’s Pathetic Service – Shameful Lack of Accountability!

Terrible cIf I could rate Vox 0 stars, I would — they don’t even deserve 1! The service is absolutely pathetic. No accountability, no professionalism, and certainly no customer service etiquette. Their WhatsApp "support" is a joke — they deliberately refuse to give names, which makes it easier for them to dodge responsibility and leave queries unresolved.

To make matters worse, the last agent I dealt with had the nerve to close the chat before even answering my direct questions! Who does that? This just proves they have no intention of helping customers, only of getting rid of them as fast as possible.

Vox clearly doesn’t care about its customers — you’re left in the dark with zero updates, zero ownership, and zero effort to resolve the issue.
