Absolutely Appalling Service - Avoid Vix Telecom Email at All Costs

I have been a loyal Vox Telecom email subscriber for years, maintaining two accounts — one for myself and one for my life partner. Last week, without warning, I noticed that every single email in our inboxes and folders disappeared. Years’ worth of important personal and professional communication — gone.

I immediately logged a support ticket, and since then, Vox has offered nothing but silence and excuses. I have called their customer service line multiple times, only to be told that they are still “investigating” with no real feedback, no accountability, and no sense of urgency.

The complete loss of emails is bad enough. The abysmal, dismissive response from Vox is even worse. It is clear that they have no real contingency plans, no transparent communication with customers, and no respect for the trust we placed in their service.

I strongly urge anyone considering signing up for Vox email services to think again. Based on my experience, your data is not safe with them — and should something go wrong, don’t expect them to care enough to fix it.
