Absolute nightmare!!

One would expect technical support to be more than able to resolve any issues as swiftly and as soon as practically possible for all clients that Vox renders services to. After 2 weeks+ we are still waiting for clear feedback regarding a request.

When dealing with Vox Support from requests such as setting up SSL certificates to upgrading a hosting package, it seems to be a long overwhelming marathon a customer is forced to endure.

Without following up with support on a daily basis on your own, you seem to receive little to no communication related to any technical requests made. The lack of support, as well as the overall level of technical support provided, has been completely unacceptable and been an absolutely shocking experience.

The most difficult thing to try to understand is, how is a business owner, who may not be as clued up about IoT/technology, expected to communicate with technical support if a person with an IT background has had so much trouble in attempting to get a hosting package upgrade setup?
