Absent when you need help
Multiple tickets logged, tried reaching out via WhatsApp chat and speak to an agent, nothing. Keep ignoring me because I will be changing service providers in the new year. At least FrogFoot always calls me and checks for me and they are not even the ISP. My gift to Vox this year is to cancel my contract with them and go with someone else in 2024.
