Abhorant customer service
After two years of being a loyal customer I have never received such bad customer service for what is a simple technical query. For over a month now I have batlled to have my issue resolved but to no avail. Emails are not acknowledge, calls are dropped, kept on hold for extended periods and was invited by a Richard to cancel my subscription when I voiced my displeasure.
