Hello last month I took a Sim card from Vox... The lady billed me for the 5th of march for Feb... Which was supposed to be R400... Now my Sim card is suspended and I owe R655 which is bull**** I cannot pay R655 for a Sim card I'm using for a month... I'd like to change my payment date for the 25th of every month and reactivate my Sim card contact number Is ***

Kindly note that the Vox billing is done in advance.
The first Invoice for your Service is issued upon activation and is payable with the invoice billed in advance for the next month.
Therefor, your billing will be for a pro-rated period, together with the full coming month in advance billing to give you your billed amount as per invoice sent.
In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
