A TOTAL DISGRACE
Since Thursday, 15 August 2024, VOX has been unable to resolve a problem, where emails sent to email address ending with gmail.com were not received by the recipients. No previous notice was provided and when calling VOX there is no commitment to remedy the problem - WHAT A MESS & DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS !!

Kindly note that we are experiencing delays on our outgoing mail sever.
This is due to Gmail rate limiting our outgoing IP addresses.
Our Core team is aware of this issue and have made adjustments to the mail server to mitigate the effects of this.
Outgoing emails will deliver to the recipient; however, it may take longer than usual to deliver.
The mail queues are stabilizing and email sending may return to normal shortly.
Please note that this situation can fluctuate, and our Core team is working on trying to prevent further delays.
