A telecommunications company that does not ans phones

Since the 8 of June this very large organization has only one emplo by the name of Melani wo is completely *********** at her job never answers the phone never returns emails putting people lives and income at risk. We are all now working remotely and she gives a ****. I am so disappointed and saddened by this as once Vox had very good service, this is the first time since this lady came in the picture I have experienced this. Vox you guys made the wrong hire, and I am pleading please don't allow us to lose our income we all work remotely so we depend on your company get more passionate people to work cos you dealing with people. 3 weeks to ans a query is ridiculous
