A nightmare of confusion ........

What a nightmare. I signed up with Lee-Ann, who said she’d help us and look after us and sort out everything. Really!!!! We’ve just had drama after drama after drama and my account is not up and running!!! If my start off process begins like this, what the hell is the ongoing service going to be like??????

I’ve used My Broadbands review and rating but it seems articles and reality are different!!!!
