A month and still no delivery

First it took a week and a half just to get them to send me a ups. Now the courier called skynet is taking a week and n half to deliver the ups. I keep getting an sms everyday that says they will deliver and they dont. They have the correct address. So now it is almost a month that i am waiting for my ups. I am paying for something that i do not have. This is utterly ridiculous. I keep getting promises, no early tomorrow morning. I do not want to hear it ever again. I just want to hear they will be here in the next hour. But who am i kidding? Since it has been a month i doubt i will ever get it. Plus now the ups has been in the courier van for a week and a half bumping around and it will be broken once it gets here
