You want me to pay for services I didn't have this is a ****. Now I am been told that I have to pay every month I didn't sign up for a contract at no point what so ever. I didn't not pay and did not get services. Now that I want WiFi for this month I am told, I have to pay for last month where I did not have any services. Then you have rude unprofessional agents.

That's what the early termination fee is for. Yet they still have not answered as to why I have to pay for a month that I didn't have services. As I choose not to pay as I was not at my residence also as to why the early termination fee. What I'm I early for if there is no contract?
