60 days cancellation notice ?

I cancelled my contract on the 29th of Dec 2020 and vox processed the cancellation on the 11 of Jan and now they are saying I should be paying my cancellation fee 1750 plus my normal 650 fro Jan, Feb. As far as I know, I should 30 days notice for cancellation. This means that i should pay 1750 and 650 for Jan so where is the Feb on coming from. I called and they said they will escalate the issue but up to now no one called now am afraid that they will take my money via a debit order since no one seems to like helping me. I am very disappointed.
