5 DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET - NO SERVICE NO FEEDBACK DELETING E-MAILS TICKETS

I have never in my life had such poor service than with VOX my ISP, Thursday 10.11.2022 logged a call via e-mail and phoned for hours on end, you are kept on hold for hours and hours and hours just to listen to the irritating song they have on recording, yet you never get to speak to anyone ever, I advised them that my fibre to the home isn't working telling them exactly what is wrong bring a replacement of the router and the oms, Vumatel rocks up there on Sunday replaces the OMS and guess what no router. This was Day 4 no internet yet my account is paid upfront as per the agreement to have a service. I work from home so today is day 5 with no replacement of a router in-site and been phoning the office non stop just to be put on hold for hours. Spent all my money on airtime to phone and be put on hold. Guess what someone at VOX just closed all my calls logged as well, useless ISP never ever waste your money choose someone who cares.
