404: Technical Support not found

Absolutely shocking service - use a different ISP.

Every time my business FTTH connection starts intermittently giving issues, I dread the hours of waiting, lack of communication and the inevitable "It is an Openserve issue" followed by a support engineer failing to solve anything. I think I've had one decent call with Vox technical support that actually resolved anything. This is the most recent experience: 1) Internet starts cutting out 4 hours ago 2) I cold boot the router and CPE in preparation for the A+/N+ barely qualified engineer to try to explain that away as the problem 3) No improvement, so I call Vox - 14 minutes in queue 4) Line rings until it goes to an engineer's voicemail 5) Call again, 7 minutes 6) Exact same as (4) 7) Call again, 9 minutes 8) Exact same as (4), just different cell number this time 9) Call again, 8 minutes 10) Get through to an engineer that thinks that nothing is wrong, requests a speedtest which fails to upload because of a socket issue 11) Engineer frantically remotely upgrades my router's firmware and ends the call, despite me being friendly and polite 12) Call again, but requesting a call back. 20+minutes pass and no sign of Vox giving a damn.

In what universe is this acceptable for an expensive ISP with such poor communication? Honestly, save your money and get a different ISP. That's what I'm doing after yet another disappointing encounter with them.
