4 to 6weeks to deliver Modem and Sim(Ridiculous)

Who can stay 6weeks without internet, REALLY?

When they eventually called after 30days of requesting LTE to say they want to deliver, i advised that they should cancel. They said that it is with the Courier company and cannot cancel. Can you really take 4 to 6 weeks to Despatch a Modem and Simcard? During the time, no one from VOX called to say that there is a Stock Delay or anything.

Please read Clauses carefully. Vox states that they can take "up to 6weeks" to deliver your LTE Modem. If you cancel within the 6week they Harass you to pay even thou you cancelled
