3 months still no internet
I started changing ISP's to Vox beginning June and 3 months later I still don't have internet. For the past month I have been trying to fix it. I think we narrowed to problem down to a fault in our apartment blocks server room. A cable is aparently not patched through. I have been struggling for 2 weeks to get a call out so Vox can fix it but I don't even have a call out date yet. I already had to pay my account for August while I can't even use any internet.
