3 different cities, vox is the worst in all of them. And 3 is a pattern

I'm really having problems with this company. I've logged a cancelation, and I understand the consequences in canceling before the 12 months. By after informing vox of the cancelation and specifically stating when they should come fetch their over priced, very useless router. I'm still waiting. I'm moving in 3 days, so 3 days from now there is going to be no one to pick up the horrible router from. Then you still have the nerve to request I join up with you at my new location. I'm canceling the debit order in 3 days if you dont come fetch the router. Thank you debit mandate orders!
