2 weeks no fibre!! Vox service is **********

I have moved homes and tried to have my services moved to the new house. It has been 2 weeks that I am without fibre. When I phone, I am on hold for no less than 15min. To only get told to phone another number. Absolutely Shocking!!! And dare they charge me full for Jan!!
