2 MONTHS APPLICATION CANT BE FOUND

Its been almost 2 months now since i app**** with Vox for my fiber, and they said i must wait to be contacted by Vumatel and till today nothing happened. It was after calling vumatel that they say they cant find anything about my application. what's going on with Vox
