12mb/s line instead of 1200mbps line. No credit. No refund and No apology

I only get 12mbps off a 1200mbps line. Its been years of complaints and they are not fixing this. i am not in a rural area and a paid up customer I have asked for a resolve on numerous occasions. technicians come out and leave baffled.

be careful when they say they will test your line with their app. They're only testing for **** as the actual bandwidth you receive can be tested by Broadband, Ookla, Speedtest.net, etc

My request to Vox is to refund all my years of payment or credit it internally and thereby return the monies I have paid

I will authorise an internal debit for the difference from the credit for your services provided.
