12 Days and no Joy for a R171 SIP line

It has been 12 days since placing my order for a single SIP line, that nornllay take 48h to process and i am not sure if they really want my business as this has been the most frustrating ever.

On application the site asked for Rica Docs and listed ID only. I uploaded ID and 2 days later they asked for POA and i sent that as well. Another 2 days later i was told my ID needs to be certified, so i got that done. Another 2 days later and now they have an issue that there is not an address on the stamp of the Commisioner of Oath Stamp.

I dont know why it doens't have and frankly never knew that it was a requirement, as i have never had any institusion ot even the Central Firearms Registry have issues with this. So this is truely mind blowing.

I have been speaking to Charlie or Chanie. Even he confirmed that all my docs are in order and he cant see why they are not processing. I called him every day for the last 3 days and every time he is escallating but till now, no joy.

Surely it cant be this difficult to get a SIP line for R171 a month.

Please just let me know if you want to assist or if i need to rather go to a diffirent service provider.
